The Rhinelander, Wisconsin native made his racing debut at just seven-years old and quickly set about the task of making a name for himself across the upper Midwest. Retzlaff was competing on a regular basis in the Wisconsin Bandolero Series at 11 years of age when he won the championship in 2014. Retzlaff raced the ARCA Midwest Tour and the Midwest Truck Series in 2017, this is how Retzlaff followed up his time in bandoleros before eventually making his debut in NASCAR’s K&N Pro Series in 2019. After a couple seasons making starts in both the east and west K&N series, of what is now the ARCA Menards Series, Retzlaff made his way to the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2022. Currently he is an Xfinity Series regular and will be racing for his third full time season. When he’s not at the track Retzlaff enjoys golfing, logging track time on his iRacing simulator and watching football.
